On May 24 Brooke Boller tendered her resignation with an effective date of June 7 (Brooke is the new City Secretary for the city of Rhome). Agenda item 7A, resignation accepted by council. Agenda item 7B, remove Brooke Boller as an authorized signer of the city’s bank accounts and add Susan Greenwood, unanimously approved by Council. Agenda item 8C1, Susan Greenwood was appointed to City Secretary and employment contract unanimously approved by Council.
