Regular Session/New Business/Action Items
7A. Council approved construction of approximately 300 feet of Pioneer Road starting at intersection of FM407.
7B. Council approved the Third Amendment to the Fairview Meadows Developers Agreement pertaining to development of 364 homes on 313 acres (located in the city limits) and planned funding for the reconstruction of Pioneer Road utilizing impact fees from 182 of the homes ($3,819.69 per home).
7C. Council appointed a Park Naming Review Committee consisting of-

7D. Council approved the revised Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual.
